1. GB19153-2019 the energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade of positive displacement air compressor
The energy efficiency class, energy efficiency limit value and test and calculation method of positive displacement compressor are specified.
Applies:
1. General rotary compressor with drive motor power of 1.5-630kw and exhaust pressure of 0.25-1.4mpa;
2, the drive motor power is 2.2-315kw, the exhaust pressure is 0.25-1.4mpa general variable speed oil injection rotary compressor;
3, drive motor power is 0.75-75kw, exhaust pressure is 0.25-1.4mpa general reciprocating piston air compressor;
4. A fully oil-free reciprocating piston air compressor with a drive motor power of 0.55-22kw and an exhaust pressure of 0.4-1.4mpa;
5. Direct connection portable reciprocating piston air compressor.
2. GB/T15487-2015 Volumetric Compression Flow Measurement Method
Measuring device and measuring method for the flow of positive displacement compressors are specified.
Applies:
Compressor flow measurement. Measurement of the flow rate in the gas pipeline.
Not applicable:
The flow in the pipeline is unstable, the gas is disguised, there are solid or liquid substances in the gas, and the gas upstream of the throttle is sonic or supersonic flow.
3. GB/T4980-2003-Determination of Noise of Volumetric Compressors
A method for measuring the noise of positive displacement compressors is specified. (Simple method for measuring sound power level of noise; Method for measuring sound pressure level of noise)
Applicable to: positive displacement compressor unit including driving machine.
4. GB/T7777-2021 Mechanical Vibration Measurement and Evaluation of Volumetric Compressors
Measurement and evaluation of mechanical vibration of positive displacement compressors
Suitable for: rated speed 120-12000r/min compressor
5. GB/T22207-2008 Safety Requirements for Volumetric Compressor System
The safety requirements of positive displacement compressor and the inspection and judgment method of safety performance are specified.
Suitable for: air compressor with power not less than 0.25kw and exhaust pressure of 0.035mpa-45mpa

Applicable to: Energy efficiency evaluation activities of compressed air systems, including: analysis of evaluation data; recording and reporting of evaluation results; determination of estimated energy savings.
7. GB/T3853-2017-Acceptance Tests for Volusive Compressors
The acceptance test method for volumetric flow and power of positive displacement compressor is specified, and the full performance test is described in detail, including the determination of volumetric flow and power, the correction of measured values to the values under specified operating conditions, and the comparison of the corrected values with the values under guaranteed operating conditions.
8. GB/T13277-1991 General use compressed air quality grade (equivalent to ISO8573)
specifies the quality class of industrial compressed air for general use
Suitable for: General industrial compressed air
